When harvests are smaller than expected, she can count on the close-knit network of neighbouring farmers who step in to help – a spirit of collaboration that defines this unique origin.

The terroir is exceptional: a humid tropical climate with abundant rainfall, rich volcanic soils, and a steady maritime influence. These natural conditions allow the cocoa trees to grow slowly and steadily, concentrating their aromas.
