Goodnow Farms processes exquisite cocoa beans into their own cocoa butter while the pressed cocoa mass is used to make this premium drinking chocolate mix. In this wonderful "House Blend", beans from Nicaragua, Guatemala and Mexico come together to create a creamy moment of indulgence.

Directions: Mix 3 tsp with hot milk or vegetable drink and stir vigorously. Goodnow Farms does not alkalise the cocoa; this involves washing the cocoa with potassium carbonate, which makes it more soluble but also affects the taste.
