🌍 Origin & Quality
The cocoa comes from the Comité de Cacao de la Sierra de las Minas cooperative in Guatemala, a community of over 400 cocoa-farming families along the Rio Polochic river. Since 2021, Georgia Ramon has been working closely with the DeLaSelva cooperative to support fair trade and sustainable production of high-quality cocoa.

The cocoa is grown in the mountain forests of the Sierra de Las Minas by the indigenous Q’eqchi’ Maya communities.
