A delicate, dark Grand Cru chocolate with distinct licorice notes, refined with hints of sesame and lemongrass. Made in Marseille from rare La Lengüeta cacao beans, cultivated by the Arhuaco people in the majestic Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range in Colombia. 🌍 Origin & Uniqueness The exquisite La Lengüeta cacao, also known as Businchari – "sunrise" – grows on the Caribbean coast between coastal forest and the central mountains, up to 800 meters above sea level. With a harvest of less than 16 tons per year, it is one of the rarest cacao varieties in the world. The Arhuaco people have maintained a sacred relationship with cacao for centuries, thus preserving this original variety from extinction. 🍫 Aromas & Texture: Beautiful dark color, melt-in-your-mouth creamy texture, distinct licorice notes, delicately interwoven with the warm, nutty nuances of sesame and the fresh lightness of lemongrass.
